Hmong Home Health Care is a comprehensive home care agency in Saint Paul, Minnesota, delivery an array of services to Minnesotans in the comfort of their homes.
Hmong Home Health Care is fully operational while we work to complete revalidation with DHS. All services and payroll remain uninterrupted. Our CFSS/PCA status is active and pended authorizations can be resubmitted. All services and payroll continue uninterrupted. Due to the federal government's deadline, our 245D status is pended while we await our site visit. We are confident that 245D services will regain active status once DHS is able to complete the site visit. We are accepting referrals for all services.
Statute requires employers to pass on at least 80% of the inflationary adjustment in wages and benefits and the corresponding increase in the employer’s share of FICA taxes, Medicare taxes, state and federal unemployment taxes and workers compensation premiums. It can also be used for retention and recruitment bonuses or tuition reimbursement.
Hmong Home Health Care will be putting 100% of this increase towards wages for DSWs, by way of permanent increases in hourly pay rates/wages, and associated taxes benefits.
The estimated dollar amount of revenue that Hmong Home Health Care received for the framework wage and inflationary updates for services delivered between 1/1/2022 and 3/31/2024 is $350,000.
